Delivery
We deliver to UK only. For orders under £10.00 we charge £5.00 to a single UK address. All orders £10.00 and over are delivered free of charge. We take every care to despatch plants in the best condition. Delivery is by first class post or courier ensuring that your plants arrive in excellent condition.
Our stock will be ready for optimal planting and establishment from early spring until autumn, however we can supply dormant plants in winter.
Dispatch
We confirm all orders by email. Orders will be despatched as soon as possible in rotation, normally within a few days. Some stock may not be ready until later in the season and we will inform you via email of any delay. Please enquire by email for specific information on availability for delivery by specified dates. We do not substitute for plants that are out of stock without your consent. We will email you and arrange an alternative or refund.
Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy. We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for failure, as we have no control over their treatment after despatch. If they are damaged in transit see
Returns
We despatch all our plants in good condition. Please follow the instructions we send with your plants to ensure a healthy start. If you have any complaint or comment regarding the condition of your plants on delivery please contact us by email as soon as possible (and always within 2 days). We will deal with any problems promptly. Please do not return plants unless we ask you to do so.
Payment
We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank, postal orders, PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal). All credit card transactions all carried out on a secure site. For payment by cheque or postal please follow instructions at checkout where you can print out an order form to send with your payment.
Privacy and Security
We will not divulge your details to any third party. We do not retain your credit card details and all processing of credit cards is carried out on PayPal's secure site.
We may contact you occasionally with details of new plants and products. If you do not want us to do this please let us know.
